On June 17, 2025 The GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC) released a request for information (RFI) on SAM.gov to explore adding additional domains to the OASIS+ contracts. The RFI closed on July 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Learn more about the RFI on the blog posted on the OASIS+ Interact Community Q&A release is pending.

Domains and labor categories

Domains are functionally aligned groupings of related non-IT services. Each domain includes multiple, related North American Industry Classification System, or NAICS codes. Domains and NAICS codes help determine the scope of a contract.
